Climbing Wall Summit Call for Sponsors & Exhibitors
Are you an industry leader? Make plans now to be a sponsor of or exhibitor at the 2008 Climbing Wall Summit in Boulder, Colorado.
Sponsorship will demonstrate your leadership in the fastest growing segment of the climbing industry, and will put your company in front of attendees that make purchasing decisions for climbing structures, climbing wall operations, rental programs, and retail shops. The conference will provide you with direct contact with over 200 climbing wall owners, managers, and staff from around the world — in one place at one time. You won't want to miss it!
Sponsorship. Your participation will help us create a successful event. Sponsorship will enable you to be involved in a conference that will influence the furture of the sport of climbing while connecting with other trend&setters in the industry. Sponsorship packages are available at $1000, $2000, $3000 and include:
- Complimentary conference registrations;
- Listing as an event sponsor on the CWA web site;
- Your logo on all conference mailings;
- Inclusion of your promotional material in participants' conference registration packet;
- Exhibit space in the exhibit area;
- Advertising in the conference proceedings; and
- Recognition at the conference reception.
