Boulder is located 30 miles from the Denver International Airport (DIA) and is served by rental car companies, airport shuttles and bus service.
We have negotiated a discount with Super Shuttle, which provides door to door service to Boulder hotels. The discount code is CLIMB. If you need the full link it is: http://www.supershuttle.com/default.aspx?GC=CLIMB. The Super Shuttle Shared Ride Van Service discount of $6.00 per person, round trip, is valid between 5/26/2013 and 6/4/2013. Additional discounts for ExecuCar Services are also available.
Public transportation is available by bus through the Regional Transportation District (RTD). The “SkyRide” A/B bus makes frequent trips from DIA to Boulder on the hour until 11:47 p.m. Round trip tickets may be purchased at a small discount from the RTD (Regional Transportation District) airport kiosk. There is also an RTD Sales Counter at DIA, West Terminal, Level 5. The sales counter hours of operation are 7:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. Monday - Friday and 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Bus service information, including schedules, can be found here: www.rtd-denver.com/skyRide.
Most Summit activities take place within walking distance from host hotels and the Summit Headquarters. If you will be exploring the area or attending an off-site pre-conference workshop, plan on reserving a rental car or making other arrangements — no transportation will be provided by conference organizers.
Bicycling and walking are great ways to get around Boulder … and often faster than driving. Bikes are available through Boulder B-Cycle, the popular bike share program. Guests of Boulder Inn may also check out its bikes.
