CWA seeks 6-8 Service Crew members to provide logistical support during the 2012 Climbing Wall Summit. In return, Service Crew members receive free event registration and may attend workshops as the schedule permits. Please see the application for more information, applications are due May 4, 2012! Just Announced: Stratus Insurance Services offering five conference scholarships and five pre-conference scholarships. Veracity Insurance has generously offered to sponsor individuals who otherwise might not be able to attend the conference. Please note: the conference registration fee covers conference attendance and printed material only. Additional registration fees apply to pre and post conference workshops. Registration fees are not transferable to persons outside of your organization or to subsequent events. Cancellations or transfers must be made in writing to the CWA no later than April 7, 2012. If you cancel your registration prior to March 2, 2012 you are entitled to a 75% refund of your total payment, prior to April 7, 2012 a 50% refund of your conference registration fee only (pre-conference fees will be forfeited). No refunds after April 7, 2012 and no refunds for no-shows, no exceptions.
