Meals: Continental breakfast is provided by the Outlook Hotel for guests, dinners are on your own. If you would like to purchase an optional meal plan for lunch you must do so prior to 4/15/2007. Meal plans will not be available for sale on site. However, there is a restaurant on the premises. Meal plan options: Roast beef, turkey, ham & cheese, or Avocado sandwich, apple, cookie, sun chips, and soda or bottled water.

Payment and Cancellation Policies
Please note: the conference registration fee covers conference attendance and printed material only. Additional registration fees apply to pre-conference workshops and meals. Registration fees are not transferable to persons outside of your organization or to subsequent events. Cancellations or transfers must be made in writing to the CWA no later than 4/15/2008. If you cancel your registration prior to February 15th, 2008 you are entitled to a 70% refund of your total payment, prior to April 15, 2008 a 60% refund of your conference registration fee only (pre-conference and meal fees will be forfeited). No refunds after April 15th, 2008 and no refunds for no-shows, no exceptions.
